Re: My story and my plan
Hey IChaseFrisbees, I feel your struggle. I'm a 20yo female in school also and it's such a pain in the ass to deal with this kinda stuff on top of all the stress from class. Here's a link to my post...

I posted this just recently after finally getting back my results from my ND. I had self diagnosed myself with candida over a year ago after doing lots of blood work through kaiser drs. They tested me for celiac, h pylori, vitamin deficiencies, thyroid and when things came back normal just told me I had IBS and told me to be careful with my diet. I knew that IBS wasn't my problem and started doing my own research and thankfully found curezone. I've also done a 14 day
Water Fast with great results but as soon as I started eating again had some major issues. When I got tested for
food allergies recently it made a lot of sense because my bloating and inflammation wasn't going down because I kept eating the foods I was allergic to.
I did all kinds of stuff for the candida. Tried diflucan even, but stuck mostly to natural antifungals and a strict diet. Colon cleansing is great though. Definitely ups my energy levels.
I'm taking glutamine and 30 billion probiotics a day right now too. My ND gave me a prescription to eliminate the clostridium which she said there is an overgrowth of but she said to first try 10 days on the probiotics and new
Rotation Diet that I'm on and monitor my progress.
Are you positive candida is your problem? For a long time I thought I had candida and was fighting that but my stool sample said all yeast levels were normal. Have you taken a stool analysis already to check for it? Finding a good dr who listened to me was the first step to getting on track for me.
Best of luck!
