How is one diagnosed with candida? I guess that's not an accurate question since everyone has candida, but I mean, how does one get diagnosed with candida overgrowth?
I had a stool analysis done a few years ago and it listed "Candida Albicans" at ZERO. Wondering if that means anything, like I don't have candida overgrowth when the test was done OR I don't have it at all OR the stool doesn't have candida OR what? The Lactobacillus was also ZERO, but I've been taking plenty of probiotics since then.
