Re: Steroid-induced Osteoporosis
Exciting... Ok - I've begun the book and there's a statement that intrigues me about 'making your own distilled water'. How does one do that? What kind of equipment and cost is involved? This is fascinating...
Also, because I'm only on the 4th chapter, do you know if this book goes into:
a. what the 16 different body chemicals and salts are?
It begins by listing: lime, iron, potassium, & sodium but that's it;
b. a list of food pairs that have diametrically opposite digestive requirements? (Is this like eating walnuts and apples; or beans w/rice - kind of a thing?) THIS is what I'm really interested in!!! Any clue where I can find out more about this?
Thank you so much! You truly are a wealth of knowledge and an incredible resource! I sincerely pray you're blessed for helping so many people who have NO CLUE where to start!!
Also - Lobelia update (Jan. 6) after coughing and blowing quite a few days and nights, last night I actually ended up throwing up, I suspect from all the coughing. There were a couple of really firm things that I blew out; is it possible the lobelia could have loosened some of the weaker polyps? This is my conclusion for what has happened, could it be right? I'm also wondering if the lobelia went straight to the lungs and nose to loosen things and 'when it was done' THEN whatever lobelia was left made me sick like and I threw up. Is this also a correct assumption?
Again, thank you for your time. You truly are heaven sent!
