it is all about listening, keeping open, not drawing lines that close perception
then it gets clear what food or supplements, activities, tastes, smells, sounds your body is asking from you
and the illusory thoughts, the tensions you've stored in the body/mind release, both by energetic and physical way
you don't get to transform by the way of doing but by the way of listening and then following the truthful paths that open over and over again, in twists and turns, organically
it's a bit like, in the same way as matter only seem solid, also transformation only seems achieved by doing, in reality it's all about following, following your truth as it unfolds
attitude, if intended as positive as opposed to negative won't do the magic because it's locked, closed in a conclusion, the positive conclusion. As your agenda is stay upbeat, you won't be listening, so the solution that's just right for you will pass 2
cm from your nose and you won't see it, dulled and lost in the tension of keeping up with a path even when perceived as forced, unnatural, untrue.
H. talks of hundreds if not more of things one can do, plants that can be good for this but also for that, it's a jungle, very rich intricate info, the perfect environment for your inner truth to come out to the open and tell you, this one, begin here. The ways of truth are quite wriggly but also incredibly accurate and precise, it's all pretty magic actually, an amazing mystery. I like what Papaji used to say: I'm in love with the mystery that I don't know. You'll never own truth, but it will always answer to an open invitation.
