Yes, it is a "hungarian wives' tale" dog will get vicious from raw meat. I've also learnt he's supposed to get bone only once a week. Of course, you have put this right. I was worried, because I give him every day, meaty lamb on some bones.
Regarding your reply to Megan, I've heard from a shelter worker, dogs aren't allowed to eat broccoli or cauliflower. True? Supposed to be bloating. True or not, mine painstakingly picks cauliflower out, puts it on the side. In fact, he's not so keen on any vegies yet, can't hide it in his food. yes, we are going to a holistic vet.
I do thrive to be a great furmom, and I am learning so much here, but still so many questions, different info on Net. Love the word "furmom", never heard it here in oz before LOL!
