Dog is limping

I have a rottweiler, actually inherited him. He is only 10 months old, limping. Every time I look at him, he walks differently. Either back or front legs seem to hurt him. I don't want to take him to a conventional vet, firstly don't want to put him through ops and also cannot afford huge fees. Would like to know, if someone has used chirocraptor for dogs and with what results. What would be approximate costs? Please advise, as soon something needs to be done for Gee.
I have tried EFT, (absolute beginner) but doesn't seem to help.
