Re: Triglycerides & Cholesterol - I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!
Hi Rotgut:
I've just emailed your post to my hubby whose tryglycerides were 2400 and I thank God every day that he is still with us. Unfortunately, his went down via tricor but not to the normal range they are still over 400 and the Dr. wants to put him on niacinimide. I have been encourageing him all along to do a liver flush, dietary changes and exercise. It seems he can do the dietary changes for a certain amount of time then go back to rice and bread (his main downfall)and with limited exercise. I'm scared to death he's going to drop dead one day if he doens't take this more seriously. Would you mind, terribly specifically outlining what you did (include everything and anything) as detailed as possible. I'm not going to give up on him and I think when he reads your post he will be inclined to take this more seriously. I know I'm asking alot but would sincerely appreciate this and anything I could ever do for you.....well, all you'd have to do is let me know. My direct email is: regiloui2@msn.com Thank you, congratulations and God Bless. Have you followed any of the eat4urtype principles? A friend of ours said she's outline a detox/cleansing program which basically goes like this: (ur input plz) He is blood type AB and I am O...I would do this with him.
For 2 months:
Drink 1/2 gallon of water with the juice of 1 fresh lemon and 2 tbsps of colloidal minerals daily.
Drink 1/2 gallon of water with liquid chlorophyll and 2 tbsps of colloidial minerals daily.
Take:
Protease 2b4 breakfast 2b4bed
Bowel Detox 4b4bed
Milk Thistle combination 3w/bfst, lunch, dinner
Food Enzymes 4w/bfst, lunch, dinner
Eliminate all the Avoids on the eat4urtype program and eat carbs in moderation (no more than 2C brown rice/wk....watch the ezekial bread)
She said this would loosen us up and we wouldn't get as sick during the actual Colon,Liver and Gallbladder detox she would give us after we completed this initial 2 months. She said the detox's wouldn't take as long.
Thank you for your time and hopefully input/feedback. God Bless.
