Re: Adrenal Fatigue

As usual, I think it depends on how one defines "Adrenal Fatigue" - that term gets thrown out there alot it seems, a concrete definition would be nice. If the adrenals have low output, then it might not necessarily be fatigue from overfunctioning, rather a state towards or at atrophy, and some with such condition might believe themselves as having a fatigue of some sort or other when in fact that is not the case. I didn't see an adrenal atrophy forum. Maybe there is one. Tweet
