Medical Science does not have any firm answers about the causes of AF. They know the physiology down to the molecule but what is the cause?

They don't know because the unspoken assumption is: "all physical illness must have physical causes". They search for answers in the wrong places, that is in the physical realm.

It looks like that perhaps the medicine is not working for you?

So if you are willing to ask yourself a few questions like: when exactly did my condition start? What was happening in my life at that time?

I want you to know that I'm not saying "its all in your head". That is far from the truth. AF is real, medical tests prove its existence.
