Re: Adrenal Fatigue

I've been to Belize several times, its hot steamy and beautiful. It takes a little getting used to the pigeon English and the people are so laid back they are prone.

Ten different people can react to the same situation in ten different ways.

When a conflict becomes somatic it is because the conflict is intense. One of those conflicts that keep you awake at night. I often find that that when a conflict goes somatic the patient become unconscious of the conflict.

The trick is to play Sherlock Holmes and ask the right questions to bring the memory back to consciousness.

A conflict is simply the difference between what is and what is wanted. The wanting can vary in intensity from a wish to intense anxiety and emotional pain.

I worked with a patient with adrenal fatigue 2 weeks ago, she is facing foreclosure and is in debt over $3 million. She didn't know what to do or where to go. She can't figure out if she wants to divorce her husband.

These are pretty intense conflicts and vexed her day and night. I helped her to defuse the intense emotions. She has fully recovered from adrenal fatigue in a few days.

She is now admitting reality to herself, she is loosing her business and home and her husband isn't such a bad guy after all.
