Tensing up. Like when you are freaking out. Usually it's shoulders raised up closer to the ears.

It's the fight or flight reflex. As societal humans we have been taught not to flee or fight. So we internalize this response in our bodies. You may not notice you are doing this, but take note next time you are stressed. What is happening with your body, your musculature? That's key.
