I looked at this qigong a while ago.
I decided not to practice it for several reasons.
Some of the movements as I remember don't make a lot of sense to me and their purpose is not really explained.
The difference between level one and two and their purpose also do not make much sense.

The Master reportedly died in his 60s of liver cancer despite having practiced for 50 years as he claimed.
Much of the ideas could have been taken from other qigongs previously revealed in the 80s

Many movements like this though, could have beneficial effects over time and with the addition of faith or the belief they work. Also they are probably derived somewhat from other qigong forms.
In any case I've looked at many qigong forms and this one doesn't appeal to me, but if it works for you that's good.
