I'll second that.
Also sounds a lot like a Low Sugar problem.
Coffee will make it worse.

You need to cut out all sugar; anything sweet.
Try a high protein diet.

I have had this problem (not the fainting part) and what always made me feel better was potato soup...mashed potatoes with lots of milk and some butter. REAL butter.
Throw away any of that fake stuff.
