Another thing that I recently found out -- if I have 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar mixed with 1 tsp honey (or any other sugar-sweetener) my body FREAKS OUT. What happens is that I get a rush of energy and then I feel drunk for the next two hours. The energy never lets up so I can have a pretty darn good workout during this time, but still, it's not very pleasant. If I just have the apple cider vinegar by itself then I feel slightly more energetic, but it's nowhere near as intense (or unpleasant) as it is with the honey.
