Hi Hikanteki. I see that you have been asking for help in several emails and I want to let you know my ideas.
First, take your health and possible recuperation in your own hands. Don’t give it to doctors or they will fill you up with all kinds of toxic medicines and let your pockets empty. Start your own diary, where you write down EVERY thing you eat and do. The diary will give you a much better perspective of what is happening.
I see that you have given up all starches, processed foods and grains. Those are the worst offenders when we talk about allergies and damage to our bodies.
Then you have to start from zero, eliminate all supplements and medicines you are taking. This will let you know what your body fills again with zero intromissions.
Make sure you are you are fulfilling the minimum duties to your body: No overweight; exercise 30 minutes everyday at a medium – high level; no grains or grains oils, eat, fruits vegetables, proteins, eggs, “good fats” and rest at least 8 hours every night.
Last, make sure all your hormones are at their optimal level, specially the thyroid.
After all that you should be able to know what affects you. Nobody will do it for you.
