Someone else on another forum is raising some of the same questions you have about the B&P shakes and on the same night, too! It totally blew my mind because it's some of the same questions I have been asking myself---JUST TODAY!! When I first started taking the B&P shakes, I loved them and got great results. Then, for no reason, I became seriously backed up and I had never had this problem before. I was drinking plenty of water and just taking 1 teaspoon of the psyllium and a tablespoon of the liquid bentonite. So, I stopped taking it and my problem cleared up right away. Clearly there was a problem for me taking B&P!

If there a health food store around you? If so, go there and check out the colon cleansing products they have. If not, check them out on the internet. I have used several cleanses. Each one is different, but good. (The only one I have had problems with are the B&P shakes.)

As far as colonics, someone else would tell you to get one. I have never had one. I think they are good, but you will find very few people on this website who have actually had one colonic, much less a series of them.

How long have you been suffering with your colon? Have you looked into liver or parasite cleanses? They are both excellent!
