Paulette, you are the sweetest thing...worrying about an old poop like me! Must be cause you're Southern.....like me. HA HA! Used to be a Yankee but now a deep southerner.
I don't know if I can do this B&P thing at all. I have been drinking so much water to prevent the psyllium from bulking that I swoosh and I am sooooo gassy that (pardon me, folks), when I pass gas, water shoots out. This would be funny if it was a cartoon, but this is reality! I can't leave the house. I may have to order in some Depends!
I cannot do the Lemonade Master Cleanse because I'm hypoglycemic. What other cleanses are there? Don't say colonics because I live in a little burg where there are no therapists and I would have to drive 150 miles to find one. I did that once but I can't do it anymore, mainly because it costs $75. a whack and I probably need 50 whacks.
I'm planning to have a lower GI done and a colonoscopy to rule out some obstruction or kink in the bowels.
Anyway, thank you so much for your kindness, all of you who have been helping me. Maybe tomorrow will be a better day. The last two have been horrible.
