(and some people experience great results with raw egg yolks in a liver flush: you can CZ google that)I don't believe the lecithin is a problem, actually; there are so many good benefits,although I agree that soy generally is not a good idea: there's GMO'd soy as well as the estrogen issue. I've recently had some sprouted tofu though and I feel like it's totally different than the other kind. The body seems to really like it. (I don't eat it much anymore)
