Thank you once again for replying, I really do appreciate all the input and help that I can get. I do get lots of sunshine. I live in Queensland Australia and I never use sunscreen. I recently gave up all dairy products (which is still really hard to maintain). I used to drink apple cider vinegar but haven't in awhile, although I still have some on hand.

I was wondering if the sodium ring could also suggest a sluggish lymphatic system and if so, what would be the best way to speed it up?
