Cool Ptree!! Thanks so much for all that information. Okay, so I've heard you talk about trace minerals before...these are electrolytes? Last night my boyfriend and I were discussing E's and, wow, I just love them! I know that sounds ridiculous...but I can picture what they do...being the thing that conducts electricity (information?) from one thing to the next? neato. One needs to be connected in that zip zapping way! ha. O Boy.

Also...what trace minerals brand do you like the best?
