hi spelmangrad, i think there is a lot of mixed messages here, but that's because we are all different and have different experiences. what works for one person may not work for the other. it took me a months reading and 2 weeks hit and miss...untill i found what is right for my body. as long as you have the right ingredients (which i didn't at first) then go ahead and cleanse. proceed slowly tho since you are already constipated...and limit your coffee intake to one cup in the morning!
give it a few days and see what happens. take notes, keep track. post on here. adjust your dose. im sure you will see results! i am finally, and i thought i'd burst before that day ever came. those are my thoughts, hope im not adding to the confusion. :-)
