Hello...I've been thinking a lot about electrolytes lately. Trying to figure them out. If a person has diarrea that lasts and lasts (after a liver flush, say)...is that an indication that they are low on electrolytes? Is there any easy way to replace the electrolytes? Like by drinking some cups of Sea Salt ed water? I did find out that there are many different kinds of electrolytes...do we have to replace them all - and do we use a pill form? I was hoping it could be something right out of the kitchen...
Also, is it true that drinking too much water will wash away electrolytes?
Do Epsom Salts have anything to do with gaining or losing electrolytes?
Hmmm....so many questions! I'd appreciate any light that someone can throw on this subject! (ptree?....heehee...) Or any one else too!
