its the blood vessels in the brain dilating which causes the pain. its like a migraine headache. i also have not found Iodine to be a tonic for this.

the idea is to meter the intake of caffeine down slowly to avoid the sudden adjustment.

my problem is what the heck tastes like a good cup of coffee? NO-THING!!!

i cut back a long time a go from two pots to two cups(my big cup, not 8oz) a day. if i skip a day i am screwed. someday.... maybe. lol Tweet
