I know!
My body is very sensitive to food :-(
This morning I had a cup of coffee and immediately my heart is racing, triggering anxiety.
So, coffee is off limits now. I have to readjust and always take note on the foods I consume.
I am on calorie restriction now, I only consume mashed potatoes today and liquid diet drink.
I can get used to the hunger pangs and dizziness. It doesn't matter to me. What matters most to me is the calmness. I want to be calm and free of anxiety!
