Congratulations on a truly great creation!  I believe there is a HUGE need for these corn-filled creations you are making.  The hardest part of castor oil therapy is getting the heat to where it is needed.

I am a sewer so I understand the challenge of making all the channels you needed to create for the corn... very cool.

My question for you or anyone who has done a lot of 'creative' ways to get the 'heat' on their castor oil packs... Would placing the corn-filled mitt under a heating pad set on high for a period of time give the corn enough heat?  I do not have a microwave (REALLY).  I love this idea, but don't know if a heating pad would heat the corn mitt enough.  Any ideas on heating the corn-filled mitts without a microwave would be appreciated.

I don't have any feed corn or I would try the heating pad idea tonight.

I could sew some channels into a square of fabric and get some feed corn tomorrow... hmmm.
