You're so stinking cute I wanna pinch all four of your cheeks!

Yes, that's correct the inserts are sewn into the covers but lightly so so that in a few years they can be replaced if need be. The rest of the sewing is super reinforced. I think I was a seamstress for battle wear in a past life or something - my stuff is hard core. Why, Josh's wallet has lasted five years and that's unheard of for him! His laptop bag is just now starting to show wear and tear.

Yes, the unbleached flannel mitts aren't meant to be microwaved. My thoughts were they could be tossed in an iron skillet before inserting. My concern with putting them in a fridge is that they might zap more heat from the mitts once inserted. I don't personally refrigerate my castor oil packs. I keep them next to my bed.

I'll make your booties - be sure!! I'm almost done with the hoo-hoo/pooper/ovary pack. lolol It's rockin! I did research yesterday on the design of chastity belts and got a lotta education on how they hang and how to distribute the weight. I learned that it's a misconception that men put them on their women while away at battle - that'd be too long to wear anything like that and with poor hygiene results. I read that they were most likely anti-rape devices so that when your husband was away (or you were a maiden traveling) the cat couldn't come play. Interesting, RIGHT? Makes PERFECT SENSE!!
