If I'm understanding correctly, the inserts with the corn are what get heated in the microwave, the white mitts are separate (?) and are for the castor oil.

I assume this, because I assume Miss H knows castor oil should NEVER be microwaved. Zapping castor oil to heat it (zapping ANYTHING) changes it's molecular structure.

P.S. I'm definitely a buyer for the booties...I'd like the castor oil insert to extend over my ankles - about as high as bobby-sox :) Not too long ago, I soaked a pair of cotton bobby-sox in castor oil, put a plastic bag over them and covered them with my hubbies thermal sox. The next morning, my feet/ankles/heels were 20 years younger. It was totally phenomenal!
