Yes...I think refreshed hit the nail on the head when she said that most of the elements of the protocol are substitutes for a diet based mostly on seasonal, high brix fruits and vegetables.
The drink and the baths are really just band-aids to keep us in the best health possibly while we learn to grow our own or consistently select high quality produce.
Of course over time we can learn to read our bodies pretty effectively and reduce the amount of yo-yoing.
I really feel like you are on the cutting edge of those effectively using the protocol. The work you've done on the BRIX issue is a model for the rest of us to emulate.
No way around this...we have to learn to do what you are doing when choosing and growing foods.
