I don't have a Trader Joes, I'm lucky we've got a Long John Silvers!!! ha ha (I of course drive right past it!)

I will google Trader Joes and see where one might be close.

I do appreciate your explaining this so well...I truly don't know how to serve fish, now I can at least fix this!
