Re: Uterine Tumors

This is true Mama, it is widely accepted that cysts are considered fluid filled and fibroids are solid. There are also tumors that are made up of fatty tissue, these are also benign.

Yes, lipomas. Warts and keloids are also benign tumors.

When people hear the word 'tumor' they often think of cancer, and this can be very missleading if not corrected.

I agree. There are malignant tumors and benign tumors, which are vastly different.

Uterine fibroids and fibrocystic breast disease, although not cancer, are still very serious conditions that need to be treated. I'm sure Hv will have some good herbal options for these conditions, but the ones that I have used personally, and which have worked very well, are the iodine protocol for FBD, adaptogenic herbs, such as maca and jiaogulan, anti-inflamatory herbs, DE, and having a diet that based on good organic produce, where possible, little or no refined carbs, sugar and wheat products. I do eat red meat for iron and protein, but small amounts.

Yes, meats tend to be loaded with estrogens. Same with a lot of diary products. Therefore these should be limited and organically grown/produced used to reduce estrogen exposure.

Plenty of water , all day , everyday. (goes without saying for most of us here). :)

I am so proud of you.
