I think the more we listen to what our bodies are telling us the better we will be, instead of giving our power and responsibility to others. This has been true for me in my journey to good health.
Sometime intuition can be a bit freaky. I found this article today:
The article isn't what freaks me out, its the fact that walnuts have become such a part of my diet. I feel the need to eat them daily, at least 2 big handfulls. This started about 8 months ago, and continues to this day. Weird huh!!!
I'm a nuts and seed lover, my partner says he's sure I'm half parrot. But its the walnuts that I really crave, then I read today that they can help prevent breast cancer, I wonder if our bodies can so overtly crave what we need. Maybe that would explain my kale addiction.
