I hope you succeed in getting your sister to see that alternatives really work. Before the Iodine and herbal supplements I had very bad hormonal imbalance due to the synthetic hormones in the mirena IUD. Thanks to the jiaogulan and maca, and a vastly better diet all round, my hormones are now balanced. I will NEVER take any synthetic hormones again, and I will NEVER allow any doctors to chop out bits of my body.

When I had the severe FBD, the doctor I was seeing suggested that I have a double mastectomy, because I was at high risk of breast cancer. I was in soooo much pain with this problem, and had so much fear and anxiety about this, that I nearly considered doing it. Then I decided there must be an alternative out there, and there is. I saw what mainstream medicine did to my Mum, and will never go down that path again.

I went back to that same doctor, after 6 months on Iodine and supplements, for a final breast exam. He couldn't find a single cyst, and the ultrasound showed no fibroids or ovarian cysts. He still would not listen, even with the proof staring him in the face. What a fool.
