The OBVIOUS does not need to be SHOWN.

Everyone on earth is God's offspring (the creator is THE origin).

God sent His son because He loves ALL of His offspring (the "brethren of humanity", our neighbor, our fellow human being).

Because of PRIDE/vanity, we like to think that there are "brethren" only if they choose to be spiritually INside of Christ's body...this is WRONG (some of humanity's brethren are spiritually INSIDE of Jesus's body, some are not)....we have chosen to be "brethren" that are INSIDE Jesus's body, but God loves all humanity (He will OPPOSE those who are PROUD, but be gracious to the HUMBLE, James 4:6).

Aside from personal relationships (friends, family, etc.), none of the brethren who are inside Jesus's body should be SHOWN partiality (no special treatment)...we may FEEL partial to one another, but nobody should be given special treatment. If we SHOW partiality to each other, then the old law (which defines "RIGHT") is being violated (we do "WRONG")...

James 2:1
"My brethren, show no partiality as you hold the faith".

James 2:9
"But if you show partiality, you commit sin, and are convicted by the law as transgressors" (WRONGdoers, we can no longer SPIRITUAL "sin").

Your children are more wise than you know because they KNOW that you love them even when they have not made an effort to SHOW love to you or "MAKE" you happy (the obvious does not need to be SHOWN)....do not APPEASE God, LOVE Him.

My love for God is OBVIOUS to Him and does not need to be advertised to Him (does not need any GESTURES to make it known).

We should not "work" (deeds, effort, etc.), JESUS did the "works of God" (John 6:28 and 9:3) and our only responsibility is to let those works be manifest in us (TRUST that Jesus's works were/are sufficient) and then REST/relax in The Lord [and be bored]. JESUS is our sabbath rest (Lord of the sabbath)....never establish a foundation of works/deeds/merit, or any other foundation, JESUS is our ONLY foundation (Hebrews chapter 6, apostasy).

Understanding God requires a paradigm shift in thinking (different reference point, not self-centered/pride/vanity).

It IS all about LOVE (the GREATEST of these).
