Hi #118441, I think one of the biggest things that has helped me with the cravings is kefir, the real kefir not the kind that you buy from the store. Are you familiar with that? My eating disorder was a thing where i would eat and wouldnt feel satisfied, i actually didnt want to loose weight. There are a lot of other things that i use too but i want to make sure that your bulimia isnt from issues where you are concerned with gaining weight. If you could give a little history too that might be helpful. I know how it feels to battle with this for so long. I started binging around 2000 or 2001(after i fasted), and it turned into bulimia about 3 or 4 years ago and since i stated doing my things i havent had a spell for probably 7 months. I dont have a gag reflex so i couldnt make myself throw up so i put a tube down my throat about the diameter of a penny and would push the food up that way. The reason that i tell you this is to let you know i feel your pain. Some of the things that i do take time and it might be a little hard to do some of these things and have a full time job and have kids too, so if thats the case i will give you the things that take the least amount of time. I only work 2 hours a day so its a little easier to fit the stuff in. The clinic that i went to was called the river centre clinic, and its in sylvania, by toledo ohio. It didnt help me at all, and in fact there was a lot of people that it didnt help even though it was so call the best in the country, It was a beautiful place but they dont seem to address the body imbalances and i think thats where my issue was.
