Hi,

The exact wording on the Bottle is Natural Vitamin E, 250IU, d-alpha-Tocopherol 168mg.

I took two of these every morning, though they can be taken at any time during the day. I also took 1 Inner Health Plus Capsule in the morning (probiotic) and Golden seal 3 times a day with meals.

I'm sure the dosage will vary from person to person depending on the state of your stomach. Would recommend finding a good naturopath if you can.
