Sometimes, when something worked, after a while it may have to change to be as effective. We change with time.


Understand this, nothing is static in life and in the body. What worked before might have to be adjusted because things changed.

Myself, I find the exhibition feud between hv and ml pitiful.

But I am no admirer of hv. My only other comment is compare how many times ml comments on hv and how many times hv comments on moreless. I think that the frequency of hv bashing ml is disgraceful. Other forum moderators don't like moreless. But they don't show it on a daily as does hv.
