I have been where U are, #88964!!!
First, congratulations for coming here and discussing the problem frankly! I went off on my own and had setbacks a few times, you are already doing better being here to discuss what is happening.
I noticed you said you were avoiding fruits and eating veg, though that would avoid NPN. NOT TRUE!!!!
The worst testing foods in my area are veg that are not home-grown, even organic and/or from the farmer;s market. I am thriving since I almost totally avoid them. ANY veg with a brix %lower than 5-6 and/or very sharp line is not kosher, in my book. The problem is worst in the summer, both with salad greens and those usually cooked. I increase kelp in the drink and in my meals and avoid such!!!
The best testing foods in my area from commercial sources are FRUITS!!! these MUST be ID'd with a REFRACTOMETER!!!
If you have a refractometer, and know how to use it, use it on EVERYTHING you eat. Notice how the % and degree of fuzziness correlates with how you feel, and you WILL KNOW WHAT FOOD YOU SHOULD OR SHOULD NOT EAT!!!! Do some research here to learn more about how and why.
Do some homework on the NPN issue, too. Very vital to your recovery.
Bottom line, when I tested less and ate mainly veg, I had problems. When I started testing EVEYTHING and ate only the highest quality food I could find, the troubles resolved and ARE NOT COMMING BACK IN THE HOT WEATHER as they did the two prior years.
Prob is poor food, NOT the alk drink.
Also, one tablet of kelp will not be enough. Do you have any that is powdered??? What variety/ies???
And, you did not mention lime water...are U using it in yr drink??? How much???
Stick with us...the solution and startlingly better health may be closer than U think!
