You need to do another Scanner for your knee.Hope you did not rupture your tendon that is connected to your knee cap.That is exactly happened to me right after my tear in the meniscus.

Yes I know the feeling but only a scanner /MRI of your knee can show what damages are now ...and it might be a knew...one.

Also read my post above.I hope you do not have any infections in your system -tick borne illnes or any other protozoas that love the joint once injured.They love to go exactly where the injuries have happened.That is why they call it arthritis.In that case finding and treating the infection is imperative as it will cause even more damage to your knee if left untreated.Than you have to deal with trying to repair what is damaged and also take suplement to help your joints to survive further damages.
