Thank you so much Donna.  We are all devastated (including Misty) and yes, we have lost a member of our little family.  Actually, I, personally, am grieving more than I have for some "loved ones."  Her untimely death has been a dreadful shock. 

Misty is very affected by this and I am giving her lots of love undivided attention.  In fact, in a little while I am going to take her for a walk down a country road so she can get some exercise.  That's the only time she moves.  She has just been laying around since the accident looking so very sad.  It breaks my heart to look into her eyes.  Yes, she misses her sister incredibly.  She also witnessed the accident and I know it affected her.  It seemed to affect all the other dogs in the neighborhood too.
