I took 10,000mg of PC today along with the ashwagahnda, schizandra, bee pollen and Amla. The PC did a great job of offsetting the anxiety so far. You recommend lecithin...how much lecithin do you normally recommend?

One tablespoon 3 times daily of the granules with meals. They can be sprinkled on food or blended in smoothies. Don't use the liquids or softgels. Crude lecithin is very thick and sticky so they dilute it with a lot of soy oil to make it fluid for the liquid and softgels. Lecithin granules are deoiled concentrating the active ingredients.
