I run a site called MCS News Australia and I'm a member of an Australian MCS support group AESSRA. Joining a good support group can change your life greatly. A wonderful global MCS support group that is open to any one and doesn't cost any money to join and is full of information and has lots of experienced and helpful MCS people who ask and answer questions on line is The CanaryReport. They are so friendly and helpful and active. They can help you understand how to avoid your triggers, how to find cleaner products to use at home, and they are good to chat to as well.
