The Amla ingredients says 54.5mg of unprocessed whole food vitamin c, and that the assimilation is 12 times that of synthetic c. Does that mean I'm getting the equivalant of 654 mg of synthetic by comparison?
Kind of. The 12 times is actually the strength of activity of amla compared to synthetic vitamin C. This is one of the reasons I like amla so much. But yes, that would be the equivalant.
