Re: Chemical Sensitivity, there IS help!

The lack of acetylcholine could definitly be an issue. I quit smoking after 30 years about 8 months ago. Also was a heavy drinker for many years, but quit that about 3 years ago. I know that both f those play a significant role in altering the acetylcholine, among other things. I have started to take PS. I also have phosphatidyl choline as well. What would you suggest for this? Thanks...

It is the PC that is going to play the role of building up acetylcholine. I like using lecithin granules because it contains the PC and PS as well as the lipid PE (phosphatidylethanolamine) and PI (phosphatidylinositol).

The supplement trimethylglycine also helps to build up neurotransmitters. Recommended dose is 500-1000mg 3 times daily.
