Just Do It! 7th Flush

Forget about all of this other hokus pokus parasite cleansing, special herb drinks, zapping and hoopla before doing a cleanse. Don't worry so much about the negative input and be careful in falling prey to the hyper positive stuff, too.

Just Do It! The liver cleanse, that is. You will get results. But don't tell your doctor .... I've had 4 of them laugh at me, and 2 are liver specialists (I have unexplained liver test elevations that I am trying to correct - because they can't figure out what is wrong and don't know what to do).

I, too, was scared to try flushing because I didn't know what to expect. I finally Just Did It, and I am now on my 7th Successful Flush WITHOUT ALL THAT OTHER Pre-Junk. And it gets easier each time.

You can positively SEE the results of your efforts, which after the 7th time, is becoming No Big Deal .... I now just see it as drinking 'sharp flavored' grapefruit juice and then drinking some olive oil at bedtime (definitely take the Ornithine). Hey, 3 days ago I went to dinner at an Italian restaurant and dipped that appetizer bread into a big bowl of olive oil; probably ate 1/2 cup of olive oil before dinner.... NO BIG DEAL!

Try the hot tub and run the massager on the liver before you drink the oil.... don't know if it helps, but it sure feels nice.

By the way, my last liver test results had reduced the ALT/AST levels by 60% after the 5th flush, all in just 4 months. Don't know if the flushes are the cause for improvement, but it does in my mind.

Another "by the way" .... I have had a ceborea/psoriasis-type rash on my chest for over 20 years. 8-10 docs prescribed all types of salves with varying results but still had to use medicated salve for several days, several times a month to "keep it in check". I HAVE NOT USED ANY SALVE FOR 6 WEEKS AND THE RASH IS GONE! Go Figure!! Related???

Another "by the way"... I don't need the chiropractor anymore, either.... but that's a whole other story.
