1 1/2 years to gain it back. Caution is advised. Go slow, and if
you sense all is not going well slow down, I wish I knew to do
that. Some can handle the strong herbs and others such as me, can
not, so that is why you see the descrepincy of success or failure stories. YOU have to do what is best for you.
I stayed on the colon flush for 5-6 weeks and I thought, great I am passing parasites, but I was passing my own colon lining. Not good. I am now more cautious. I will still do a flush after my
colonics clears up my colon but maybe the slow
Liver Flush so it is not as hard on my system. I don't think I will ever do phsylium again, too harsh for me.
