i will get it

i was a veg. for many years.many.

as chris did with his leukemia, i would do natural hygene for duodenom healing for the immune system if a serious disease happened.

acid involved in digesting meat not exactly alkalyizing body either.

arthritis, lupus others are autoimmune diseases brought by gluten intolerance.

if i eat ice cream or other diary(i don't) i clear the flem out of my throat all night.

but the point here is saturated fat is not the evil for artery disease they paint.

lpa2 is the specific cholesterol particle responsible for arterial disfunction unless kept from being oxidized by vitc.mine is low.

many people with cholest. under 190 have heart attacks.

there is something else going on here it is obvious.

90% of what i eat now is raw plants.i hope u supplement with carnosine to prevent glycation of proteins.i do on days i don't eat meat.it is already in blood of meat eaten.

3-4 times a week at lunch, not dinner, i just think a piece of usually chicken with a bone in it is not bad for a healthy person.

most,if not all, of the problems with meat are not due to the fat in it.

we(and the guinea pig) do not make our own vit c.it keeps lpa2 from being oxidized in artery.

if we don't blow ourselves up, in 200,000 yrs we probably will produce it.
