these are the same conclusions i have come to
the reason i don't load up on cow and pig products is not the saturated fat issue at all.
the nitrate poisons used if processed meat are a big problem.
another is high gluten of cow milk&cheese compared to goat.and processing issues.
And the twisting of unsaturated plant fat molecules by heat, has led me to coconut oil, for sauteeing.
my friend ronny proves saturated fat is not the problem.He is a HVAC engineer,but lives on a farm- animals he eats.
