My case is just exactly like yours. I don't smell everyday. My smell varies...it includes fecal, sewage, musty, sour, garlic, old grease, fishy, burned plastic, and etc. Odor emits from my nose and NOT from my skin. It's just real hard to figure out what goes wrong with my body ( been to many doctors over the last 6 yrs and no one could cure me). I wasn't born like this...it all happened 6 yrs ago when the smell first started out with old grease smell and a few months later it turned into fecal smell and many months later, more other smell emits.

I don't have parasites according to the test at the lab BUT I plan to take the "enzyme" to digest any worms or pathogens (whether there is any worm or not) in my intestines.
