Re: I Need Help Bad........
There is some help my friend.... I know everyones body chemistry is different, but I have pretty much eliminated this foul disorder from my life.
You must follow a very strict diet in order to curb your intake of choline.
For breakfast I eat english muffins or a slice of whole grain toast with 2 scrambled egg whites.
For lunch I usually eat whole grain pasta or a good brown rice with sauteed veggies and a small portion of sesame based meat alternatives..... there are a good number of products out there, I am currently using "Quorn" brand sesame based foods.
For dinner I pretty much repeat my luch variety of foods.
I also snack inbetween meals eating fresh cherries, peaches, mangos, and grapes... keep in mind peaches are one of the highest protein sources in the fruit family, red and green bell peppers in the veg family.
I also drink one to two protein shakes daily using a blender and adding my same snack fruit.
You must intake a good amount of protein to maintain good health, but you must definately eat alot of good fruits and vegetables as well, staying away from brussel sprouts, brocolli, cauliflower and cabbage, as these veggies inhibit your digestive enzymes from doing thier job and expelling the trimethylamine.
Drink lots and lots of water! I buy the v-8 mango juice and dilute it with water...or I drink water with a 1/4 lime squeezed in... limes have alot more amino acids than lemons do.
I take 1 TBSP of chloriphyllin in the morning with water, and take Vitamin E along with riboflavin(vitamin B-2) which prolongs the life of the present enzymes in your GI tract in order to expell any residual TMA in the gut.
I hope this helps you my friend, I know the pain we all feel about this disorder... I was living in my own mental prison for 20 years before I was able to resolve this matter. Stay in touch, let me know if this works for you and anyone else willing to try my diet. Cheers!
