I think your referring to a situation like where an athlete on a hot day passes out due to not consuming enough water.
Dehydration is rarely in that category.
A doctors visit or the fact that your alive today does not determine dehydration or not.
Drink a cup of coffee and your body will be dehydrated because the caffeine causes the tissues to squeeze fluid out of the tissues.
Same thing with many junk drinks. So its only logic that indicates that 65 days of junk drinking is going to dehydrate the body.
When the body is dehydrated at this level organs and different functions of the body are operating at much less than optimal level because they are not properly hydrated.
